Returns & Refunds
On behalf of the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns at this time. All our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, and replace your item with a new product. Your request to replace a faulty product has to be raised within two business days of receiving it. Please present receipt copy and email us on support@sommerbeauty.in with regards to any issues with your order. Please note: We require an unboxing video of the order to initiate an exchange and/or refund. All issues are to be flagged within 2 working days of receiving the product.
Exchanges
We do not accept any order exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We take great care in packing your orders. For any faulty orders, or if you fail to receive your product for any reason, please get in touch with our team for a refund. If your request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to process a refund upto 14 days after receiving return confirmation request of the item. The refund will be done to the same card used and by the same method as what the payment was made through. For COD orders, we will raise a gift card worth the amount to be refunded. Please note: We require an unboxing video of the order to initiate an exchange and/or refund. All issues are to be flagged within 2 working days of receiving the product.
