The Recipe:
You’ll need:
1 ripe mango, chopped (the juicier, the better)
matcha powder
40g warm water
Coconut milk (or oat, almond — we love options)
Ice cubes
Optional: Honey or maple syrup i
The Process:
1. Blend mango until silky smooth.
2. Pour the puree into your favorite glass
3. Whisk matcha with warm water until it’s foamy and clump-free.
4. Add a handful of ice to your glass.
5. Top with your coconut milk.
